Commanders and other leaders in the U.S. Department of War need to know how trafficking occurs in the DoW and how to combat it. Human trafficking can threaten the safety and security of our supply chain for goods and services, affect warfighter readiness, create insider threats on our military installations, and sex traffickers operating near military installations create counterintelligence threats.
