Per Public Law 117-348, "Trafficking Victims Prevention and Protection Reauthorization Act of 2022," the CTIP General Awareness Refresher Course is required for all DoD personnel every 2 years. The course provides information regarding policy and laws applicable to Trafficking in Persons (TIP).
DoD personnel required to take specialized training (Acquisition Personnel, Investigative Professionals, DoDEA Staff) may take the specialized training in lieu of the CTIP Refresher course.
If DoD personnel want to take one of the CTIP specialized trainings in lieu of the CTIP Refresher training, that will also meet the CTIP Refresher requirement.
